In Martinengo (BG), we built the new facility for Robustelli Trasporti Spedizioni Srl, a historic Italian company operating in the logistics and transport sector since 1930.
This project, covering over 7,000 sqm, includes a logistics area, warehouse, offices, and a refrigerated cell for fresh goods, fully integrated within the structure.
The building was constructed using the Opera solution and smooth grey panels with a formwork finish, enhanced by embossed features that define its architectural rhythm.
These embossed elements are typical of the matrix finish: this technique involves casting the concrete mix onto a rubber mold, which imprints raised patterns on the exposed concrete surface. This allows for a variety of concrete surface textures, giving each building a unique aesthetic character.
The structural design included the verification of the roof beams to support the additional loads of the suspended refrigerated cell, ensuring maximum reliability even in the most complex configurations.
The prefabricated solutions developed by Magnetti Building for the logistics sector enable the creation of fully customized structures, designed to meet the demands of operational efficiency, safety, and business development. Thanks to its extensive experience and advanced construction systems, Magnetti Building can deliver logistics hubs with large structural spans and high energy performance, made possible through the use of Acqua-Stop® cool roof systems.
The result: versatile, safe buildings ready to accommodate complex technical installations, while ensuring seismic resistance and long-term functionality.
At the heart of every project lies a careful analysis of the nature of the goods to be handled, assessed based on size, weight, volume, and storage frequency. This study, combined with close collaboration with architects and designers, has allowed Magnetti Building to create some of the most important logistics hubs at a national level.
A method that combines aesthetic attention, safety focus, material quality, and maximum customization, to create high-performing, distinctive logistics structures that are perfectly integrated into their surrounding environment.
