In December 2020, work was completed in Livraga (LO) for one of the largest logistics companies, which was ready to move into the warehouse that AKNO, a leader in the real estate and construction market, both civil and industrial, had built in the industrial area of the town. The warehouse, covering approximately 59,000 square meters, was chosen to store pharmaceutical products, which need to be kept at a controlled temperature between 16° and 25°C. It is precisely to meet the particular requirements of “cold logistics” that the expertise of Magnetti Building came into play. Specializing in prefabrication and construction, Magnetti Building meticulously designed every detail of the prefabricated structure to ensure that the characteristics of the stored medicines were not compromised in any way.
