Market demand is growing, and the Piedmont-based company, a leader in the high-quality coffee roasting sector in Italy and abroad, is expanding as well. This led to the creation of a new plant, for which Magnetti Building applied all of its expertise in environmentally low-impact construction. Initially planned as a warehouse and logistics center, the building was repurposed during construction to accommodate the production of Èspresso, the most significant project for Caffè Vergnano in recent years. The company has been successfully competing in the international coffee market for 130 years and is a symbol of the excellence of good Italian espresso worldwide. Today, under the leadership of Carlo and Franco Vergnano, respectively president and CEO, the company employs 90 people and exports its products to 61 countries.
