The spatial organization of the industrial buildings and the administrative office building meets both the production and representation needs of Brevi S.r.l., a company known for its products dedicated to early childhood. The industrial area is organized into volumes, each determined by the production activity carried out inside, interconnected with one another. For the roofing, the solution implemented with Newplan beams and the Acqua-Stop system, an exclusive integrated system for creating fully waterproof buildings, was chosen. The facades are characterized by Kromax Carrara white cladding panels with a “portal” design, determined by the modularity of the structure and the roof canopy, alternating with volumes covered in sanded and colored blocks for the ground floor and stairwell, titanium-zinc slabs, and a continuous facade for the main entrance.
