BUILDING SUSTAINABLY
BY GENERATING POSITIVE IMPACT

Sustainable construction

For Magnetti Building, sustainability is прежде all a design criterion, a philosophy, and a way of working that applies across the entire organizational and production chain—from design through to the construction of buildings for its clients.

Impact, however, is not just a philosophy but a concrete component of Magnetti Building’s offering, enabling clients to integrate sustainability into their projects in a measurable, progressive, and goal-oriented way.

Each client can choose between two different levels of impact:

A. REDUCE EMISSIONS THROUGH THE USE OF GREEN LINE PRODUCTS

Through a dedicated tool, Magnetti Building calculates CO₂ emissions associated with building production and integrates lower-impact products into the project, capable of reducing emissions by up to 15%, including:

  • lower-impact concrete with a higher recycled content;
  • insulation materials with a higher recycled content;
  • TPO membranes with higher reflectance index.

B. UNDERTAKE A LEED OR BREEAM CERTIFICATION PATHWAY

When ambitions are higher, Magnetti Building can integrate sustainability as a structural component of the project, managing the entire building certification process according to international standards such as LEED and BREEAM.

Thanks to production control and centralized coordination, sustainability becomes a strategic lever, generating tangible benefits in terms of ESG responsibility, asset value, and access to financing.

A sustainable supply chain

At every stage and across all its operations, Magnetti Building integrates responsible choices aimed at reducing environmental impact. From the production facility to the construction site, the company has long been committed to adopting virtuous models that deliver concrete sustainability outcomes.

The use of construction materials with an increasingly high recycled content, along with expertise in environmental certifications, complements an approach already rich in initiatives and recognitions, confirming the company’s commitment to reducing the negative environmental impact of its activities.
