There are three industrial and tertiary complexes with high urban and construction standards, where the arrangement of the buildings is dictated by rationality and with requirements for high construction and functional quality. These include: prefabricated structures to create large, flexible spaces, industrial-grade flooring with high load capacity, numerous loading points with platforms and automated gates, as well as sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards, ensuring maximum goods storage capacity. In Truccazzano, two buildings have been constructed with a covered area of approximately 40,000 square meters. Two other buildings are located in Settala, while in Carpiano, there are three smaller buildings. In all three complexes, the representative office buildings are made with prefabricated elements that coordinate well with the rest of the structure while maintaining a strong identity of their own.
