The technical expertise and consultancy provided by Magnetti Building, combined with the excellence of the solutions presented, have enabled Valetudo, a cosmetics and pharmaceutical company focused on scientific research and skincare formulations, to design and build a new warehouse. The building was treated with a special coating designed to protect against UV rays. This unique coating incorporates a specific chemical element based on the same principles as sunscreen cosmetics—those that everyone uses during their summer vacations. The benefit for the building is the same: protecting it from solar radiation and maintaining the vibrancy of the facade’s color over time.
