ARCHITECTURAL AND CUSTOM PREFABRICATION
ELEMENTS BEYOND STANDARD SOLUTIONS

Tailor-made architectural prefabrication

Forma is Magnetti Building’s solution where industrial expertise in prefabrication meets architectural design culture, making possible what few associate with offsite production: creativity, innovation, and sustainability.

Forma projects involve the design and factory production of unique building elements in terms of color, shape, materials, and application solutions. These elements can be used, for example, for the creation of architectural façades or integrated into structural components.

For these projects, Magnetti Building works alongside architects and designers, transforming precast concrete into an expressive material capable of interpreting each project at its best—making it feasible, controllable, and durable.

BEAUTY AND INNOVATION AS RESPONSIBLE CHOICES

In Forma architectural prefabrication solutions, sustainability is an integral part of quality. Through continuous dialogue with designers and architects, we consider sustainability aspects from the earliest design stages, flexibly integrating formal choices, materials, and technical solutions that enhance:

  • building performance;
  • its integration into the surrounding context;
  • its ability to adapt and endure over time.

Featured project

RESTORATION OF THE DONIZETTI THEATRE, BERGAMO

Magnetti Building took part in the restoration and redevelopment works of the Gaetano Donizetti Theatre in Bergamo. The extensive customization possibilities of prefabricated elements, the color study of tones, and the selection of surface finishes were combined with Magnetti Building’s production capacity and site management expertise, bringing new life to a structure with over 200 years of history.

THIS WAS A VERY PARTICULAR PROJECT, HIGHLY INNOVATIVE FOR MAGNETTI BUILDING. WE PRODUCED OVER 800 FAçADE ELEMENTS—MORE THAN 800 PANELS—USING A COMPLETELY NEW MATERIAL AND DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO CREATE A LIGHTWEIGHT CLADDING WITH A SURFACE FINISH THAT WOULD HARMONIZE WITH THE EXISTING VOLUMES.RIVESTIMENTO LEGGERO E CON UNA FINITURA SUPERFICIALE CHE SI ARMONIZZASSE AI VOLUMI GIà ESISTENTI.
