Magnetti Building Intervention: White Tx Active concrete panels, custom-designed with specific thicknesses and shapes, were installed on the balconies overlooking the new pedestrian square, the centerpiece of the urban redevelopment project. These panels serve as architectural elements that define the aesthetic of the area. The project also includes buildings currently under construction. The panels, in rectangular and trapezoidal shapes, were mounted using custom-designed stainless steel plates for each individual unit.
