In this residential project, Magnetti Building used high-quality finished elements designed to meet both aesthetic and functional needs. The mix was specially developed, starting with a base of white cement enriched with a small amount of yellow oxide. A limestone filler was then added to ensure long-term stability and resistance.
The surface of the elements was treated with a light sandblasting process, which created a pleasantly rough texture that highlights the material’s quality.
A key feature of the finish is the use of Bianco Carrara marble aggregate, known for its elegance and natural brightness. Two different grain sizes were selected to create a rich and dynamic visual texture. Completing the mix, a small percentage of black ebony aggregate adds a refined color contrast and gives the surfaces a sense of movement. The result is a modern, sophisticated finish that perfectly reflects the character of the entire project.
