DesignerStudio Tempus Arch. & Design di Gaetano Colombo

Magnetti Building’s Contribution: built by Vittoria Group, the architectural project was entrusted to Tempus Arch. & Design Studio, led by Gaetano Colombo, a decades-long established leader in architecture and interior design, working with his team of professionals in collaboration with Architect Alberto Previtali. The project spans a total area of 50,000 square meters, with dirt tracks made from permeable paving and natural materials.

Within this complex, the world’s first park for testing bicycle tires was created, featuring tracks of varying difficulty levels largely constructed with natural materials. It is a total-green space where professional and amateur cyclists can challenge themselves on tracks of different types.

This site also houses Vittoria House, a building with various service rooms for visitors, including dining areas, conference halls, and spaces for bicycle storage. Built with sustainability and harmony in mind, Vittoria House blends seamlessly with the existing architecture and is integrated with the surrounding landscape, as well as with the park that runs across its roof.

The construction of Vittoria House also involved the use of natural, recycled, and recyclable materials, and employed energy-saving technologies. Additionally, rainwater is reused, following an environmental and sustainable policy that characterized the entire construction process.
