In just 18 months, the expansion of the German School of Milan was completed, redefining the entire block near Parco Sempione. The construction was characterized by the use of prefabricated panels, for which Magnetti Building developed a mix of aggregates, creating a surface similar to “ceppo,” the stone used for the cladding of the existing building. Architect Broggi, from the Broggi + Burckhardt studio, particularly appreciated the company’s technical services in product research (the concrete mix) and prototyping, stating, “The German School of Milan is a great example to show that working with cutting-edge companies in the field, like Magnetti, leads to unusual results in heavy prefabrication.”
