In Cadorago, in the province of Como, Magnetti Building completed the new school gym commissioned by the Guffanti A. S.p.A. Group, designed by architect Marco Castelletti. The building, covering approximately 1,400 square meters, with a two-story load-bearing structure and perimeter panels made using prefabrication technology, harmonizes with the existing school complex dating back to 1938, which is protected by the Superintendency and required a functional reorganization of its spaces. The new gym also provided an opportunity to redesign the exterior, creating a small parking lot and a glass walkway linking the old building with the new construction, offering the public a complete, pleasant, and livable educational hub.
