For the new production and office complex of CGS, a leading company in exhaust systems and part of the Nobili Rubinetterie Group, we supplied the complete prefabricated structure for both the production building and the office block in Cureggio (NO).
The panels feature a smooth formwork finish with through-body coloring in shades of grey and white, highlighting the balance between functionality and formal cleanliness.
The visible surface of the structure displays the typical texture of the cement matrix, completely concealing the aggregates in the concrete. This essential and genuine aesthetic enhances the prefabricated panel not only for its structural role but also as an architectural design element.
A further distinctive feature of the project is the Portale Luce (Light Portal): the result of a design collaboration with Giugiaro Architettura. The Portale Luce consists of two vertical elements, each 65 cm wide and between 4.5 and 5 meters tall, joined by an upper beam that can extend up to 6 meters. The curvature of the arch, with a radius of approximately 8 meters, creates a dynamic visual effect: the portal changes appearance depending on the viewing angle, offering a continuously evolving aesthetic impact.
The project is completed by prefabricated collars and panel-supporting beams, further confirming Magnetti Building’s ability to deliver integrated and customized solutions.
