Plasticasa

The Plasticasa commercial complex is an example of the revitalization, modernization, and building refurbishment works carried out by Magnetti Building’s Service. The client’s project, a historic commercial entity in the Canavese area, was materialized into a 2,500 m² commercial space with strong representative features, updating and enhancing its relationship with the surrounding urban fabric in terms of form, profiles, and architectural materials. Just as the dark exposed brick serves as a common platform between the nearby existing walls and the new complex, the color also symbolically expresses the lively and expressive character of the plastic material.
