Immobiliare Leber S.A.S.

Near Calusco d’Adda, in the province of Bergamo, Immobiliare Leber S.a.s. has created a multi-story building for commercial and office use. The three-story building, with one semi-basement, was constructed by Magnetti Building through the perfect integration of pre-stressed reinforced concrete prefab elements and a steel beam and column system supporting a cantilevered structure that extends out over the main façade. The overlapping of two simple geometric volumes arranged orthogonally to each other, along with the varying dimensions, creates overhangs and volume plays, emphasized by the use of color and materials. A small glass cube, seemingly fragile, supports the main cantilever with steel beams and concrete floor slabs.
