Caritas Ticino

Austerity, simplicity, and welcome: these are the themes of the architectural concept that guided the design of the Caritas Switzerland headquarters in the Canton of Ticino, designed by architects Matteo Milani and Fabio Trisconi for the architectural part and engineer Antonio Paronesso for the structural part. Magnetti Building effectively responded to the construction needs of the client by building a multifunctional multi-story building (ground floor, three above-ground floors with TT elements, roof with pre-finished Newplan wing elements) intended for the sale of used goods, as well as administrative spaces and storage areas.
