The Montecarlo Fitness Center covers a total area of 3000 square meters spread across three levels, housing not only areas dedicated to physical activity and changing rooms, but also a sauna, a Turkish bath, and two telescopic-covered swimming pools with a solarium on the top floor. The intervention combined the flexibility of a prefabricated structure, built by Magnetti Building, with the use of materials and shapes that allowed the creation of an aesthetically striking complex. The building, topped with a reinforced concrete flat roof, is characterized by panels of white marble granulate, which help harmonize the building with its neighboring structures. The main façade was enhanced with an Alucobond cladding for the circular part, while large windows run along the entire building, ensuring natural interior lighting.
