The design and construction of the Hotel Ibis Styles building for the Expo Milano 2015 was based on key themes such as rapid execution, aesthetic research, functional distribution, landscape integration, and environmental sustainability. These elements were crucial in creating a building that not only met the specific project requirements but also blended harmoniously with its surroundings. The building was designed to achieve energy class A, ensuring low energy consumption and compliance with environmental regulations. The design, recognizable and distinctive, was conceived to integrate seamlessly into the landscape, maintaining a balance between technological innovation and aesthetic appeal. One of the innovative aspects of this project was the use of the Multipiano methodology, which optimized space distribution and offered flexibility to meet various functional and design needs. This solution enabled the creation of a building with advanced technological systems, providing high efficiency and quality. Magnetti Building, with its expertise, carried out a thorough analysis of the project’s evolution and meticulously planned the construction phases, ensuring timely completion and fully meeting the client’s expectations.
