Tubi Gomma Torino turned to Magnetti Building for the construction of an industrial building of 3000 m2, and in particular for the construction of a multifunctional roof. Smoke evacuators, skylights and photovoltaic panels coexist in the same solution.

Magnetti Building has built the new 3000 m2 industrial building in Mirabello Monferrato (AL) for Tubi Gomma Torino, a leading company in the production of industrial rubber pipes. A special feature of the project is the roof, in which smoke evacuators, skylights and photovoltaic panels coexist.
A classic TPO roof withspacers that, thanks to the system designed by Magnetti, becomes multifunctional, able to handle high fire loads. Tubi Gomma Torino has been present on the Italian and international market for almost 60 years and has always distinguished itself for the care and attention given to its customers, taking on the role of supplier, consultant and expert in products and applications. This activity has pushed Tubi Gomma Torino towards the discovery of increasingly different and more specialised sectors.
Magnetti Building proposed a personalized consultancy and solutions that could best meet the needs of the customer. The objective was achieved thanks to the creation of a roof capable of enclosing even conflicting elements.
The TPO roof has smoke evacuators designed in collaboration with Caoduro, a reference company in the production of systems for controlling smoke and heat.
Thanks to the collaboration with Studio Tecnico Cibin Studio 7, a highly evolved video-project was created, which represented exactly the final result. An extremely positive result for Tubi Gomma Torino, which, thanks to the experience of Magnetti Building, was able to find innovative solutions for the full success of the project, obtaining an advanced and multifunctional roof, capable of ensuring maximum liveability, safety and reliability of the environments, even in complex conditions and with high fire loads.
“The technical study of the project was carried out by means of software in B.I.M. with a realistic film of the product. – explains Marco Cibin, surveyor at Studio Tecnico Cibin Studio 7 – In this way a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the executive project and the related three-dimensional video were provided, guaranteeing the design requirements shared with the client”.
