INTERNSHIP IN ACCOUNTING/MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Magnetti Building is an entrepreneurial enterprise which has gained extensive experience; today it is recognised and appreciated throughout the national territory and abroad, as all-round qualified, professional point of reference within the construction, design and development sectors relating to industrial, commercial, residential and logistic facilities, offices, hotels and multi-storey buildings. Thanks to the Service department that deals specifically with interventions regarding the maintenance and recovery of pre-existing constructions as well as those built by other construction companies, Magnetti Building is specialised in both new constructions and in the redevelopment, seismic upgrading and refurbishment of buildings.
While working in the Technical Department, the Resource will be in charge of the cost estimation and design of buildings constructed by the company.

The ideal candidate, will collaborate with the Administrative Manager in the preparation of management reports, in the preparation of financial statements and reporting. We are looking for a young graduate in economics. The ideal candidate will be part of a young and dynamic team and will carry out activities related to accounting records, monthly financial statements and reports, business index analysis and reporting management.

 

Necessary requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel/Word)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and propensity towards innovation are characteristics that complete the ideal employee profile

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT DESIGN INTERNSHIP

  • Good knowledge of REVIT architectural design software and, BIM design methods in general
  • Good knowledge of Autocad 2D and 3D
  • Knowledge of the Office package
  • English language

MAINTENENCE MANAGER

The resource, answerable to the Operations Manager, will be in charge of the entire maintenance process (design, execution and control) of the production facilities.
More specifically, the ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

  • Defining the preventative and predictive maintenance plans in collaboration with other industrial authorities
  • Ensuring the continuity and regular operation of production facilities, by means of providing technical support in case of significant malfunctions and/or service disruptions as well as the promotion of the professional growth and updating of maintenance technicians through continuous training and updating
  • Implementing the installation plans of new systems and/or relay-output modules
  • Periodically assessing and updating the system risk analysis
  • Guarantee the procurement of spare parts
  • Managing the maintenance warehouse both physically and in terms of accounting
  • Contributing to the elaboration of the annual maintenance budget; ensuring the application of best practices; collaborating in several projects within the field of Q&S.

 

Necessary requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3/4 years’ experience within the Maintenance sector
  • Preferably coming from the plant-making sector
  • Strong organisational and management skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
