In 2021, Magnetti Building completed a significant project in the production sector for Ivar Group, a company specialized in the design, development, and manufacturing of systems for heating and high-energy-efficiency installations.
The project involved the construction in Prevalle (BS) of a 4,400 m² industrial and logistics building, characterized by prefabricated thermal-break panels with a photocatalytic concrete finish. The complex also includes the “Workshop” space, a three-story building dedicated to corporate events, training activities (IVAR Academy), and offices. The architectural design was developed by Architect Massimo Adiansi.
The Newplan roof system belongs to the Cool Roof category—light-colored roofing systems designed to reflect solar radiation, helping to reduce the urban heat island effect and consequently mitigate the thermal impact on the microclimate and the surrounding environment.
The roof also hosts a perfectly integrated photovoltaic system, contributing to the production of energy from renewable sources and improving the building’s overall energy performance.
This project fully reflects Magnetti Building’s commitment to sustainability, aimed at the development of low environmental impact buildings, a commitment recently strengthened by the achievement of eight Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certifications.
