As part of its new creations focused on sustainability, Magnetti Building has completed a new 3,000-square-meter industrial building in Piemonte, in Mirabello Monferrato (Alessandria), for Tubi Gomma Torino, a leading company in the production of industrial rubber pipes. A distinctive feature of the project is the roof, which integrates smoke vents, skylights, and photovoltaic panels. A classic TPO roof with spacing that, thanks to the system developed by Magnetti, becomes advanced and multifunctional, capable of managing high fire loads. “This is an advanced and multifunctional roof,” explain the company from Carvico, “designed to ensure maximum livability, safety, and reliability of the environments, even under complex conditions.”
