Trevim

The building was conceived as a single block that does not reveal the distinction between the production area and the design/exhibition area from the outside, except for the long ribbon windows present on the ground floor and the first floor. The main entrance is located on the north side and provides direct access to the office block, organized over two levels, totaling almost 1,200 m², arranged around two large open-air courtyards that provide direct natural light to the distribution spaces and operational offices. The choice of the formal layout, dictated by the “L” shape of the available plot, was also driven by the need to rationalize production processes. The offices are located at the northern end of the building.
