This is where Magnetti Building, a Bergamo-based company specializing in prefabrication, steps in, ready to help bring this “women-led” enterprise’s vision to life by delivering a turnkey technical building designed to house a large cold storage room. Built in collaboration with the plant designer using BIM (Building Information Modeling) — the method for optimizing planning, management, and construction using intelligent software with 3D graphics — Magnetti Building was able to create a perfectly compatible shell tailored to the client’s needs.
