IARP

In addition to offices and exhibition spaces, IARP France consolidates the repair and storage of its refrigeration units in a single building. The construction complied with very stringent regulations regarding the certification of materials used, systems, and personnel employed at each stage of the construction process. The industrial building is designed as a “pure” volume without protrusions or projections, except for the steel strut awning at the northwest front. For this reason, the gutter is contained within the volume, and the IARP logo is obtained in negative color on the prefabricated panels. The production building’s roof is made with Newplan pre-stressed reinforced concrete beams.
