Three distinct volumes. The industrial section has a compact volume with simple straight lines. Overhangs are functional to the activity. The representative area consists of three curved volumes rotating around a fixed axis at a common corner. Overhangs at the top of each volume and sunshade slats along all the façades. The office area consists of a multi-floor cube with regular windows and additional safety stairs. The façade is covered with metal-clad panels. All buildings were constructed by Magnetti Building through a turnkey project. Total covered area: 4,500 square meters.
