The company Fine Foods, well known in the pharmaceutical sector, relied on the expertise of Magnetti Building for the expansion of its production sites in Brembate and Verdellino. The first phase of the broader expansion project involved the renewal and enhancement of the Brembate site, which required additional space for production, research laboratories, warehouses, and offices, with the goal of making it the main logistics hub. The second phase focused on the Verdellino facility, a much more complex intervention that involved the construction of a multi-level technical building, a warehouse connecting to the existing structure, and another warehouse placed at the head of the new production complex. Magnetti Building demonstrated its full experience by supporting Fine Foods through all stages of the design process, from consultancy to defining the most suitable structural solutions to enhance the new sites.
