Evolving without ever losing its identity, renewing year after year while maintaining its distinctive features, and developing the business with continuity in style in every single detail. These are the guiding principles of a story that began more than 25 years ago and is fundamentally based on a relationship of trust between two major industrial groups: Ficep S.p.A renews its partnership with Magnetti Building for the realization of a ten-year industrial plan, which includes the evolution of the industrial site, starting from the first building constructed in the 1990s. Back then, the seemingly simple form and well-defined details made the building a precursor to future architectural styles and languages: a parallelepiped rests on a sloping lawn, large windows, circular portholes, and triangular skylights bring natural light to the carefully planned spaces.
