The headquarters of Everest Elevators and Hoists in Settimo Milanese (MI) features architecture that reflects Everest’s customer-oriented approach and the values of its employees. Clean lines, attention to detail, and no element left to chance. It is a state-of-the-art facility, a manufacturing plant set in a small green oasis. The complex was designed according to the latest safety standards, energy-saving principles, and a focus on the well-being of employees and technical staff. The 5,000 square meters of the headquarters include a large spare parts warehouse, a repair workshop, as well as office areas and training rooms. With a warehouse housing 6,000 spare parts, Everest chose Magnetti Building as the general contractor to ensure a reliable outcome in terms of quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost certainty. Both companies are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, and their work relationship and the development of the construction site were based on this shared value. Everest’s headquarters is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a rainwater recovery system, and a green area surrounding the building. The perfect integration with the surrounding greenery means that among the regular visitors to the building, in addition to the pleasant visits from clients and suppliers, there is a woodpecker that loves jumping on our windows, a family of ducks that comes to swim in the canal in front, and squirrels that happily play with Chloe, the company’s “official” dog.
