Elettronica FM is an industrial company specializing in the design of electronic systems, led by the visionary entrepreneur Mauro Ferrari, who is deeply connected to his local area. His passion for Guidizzolo, located in the green plains of Mantua, coupled with a sustainable vision, led to the investment in the construction of a new industrial plant, the first of its kind to be A++ energy class and self-sufficient in terms of energy. This cutting-edge project was selected in 2018 for the excellence award for works made with structural concrete, presented by AICAP – the Italian Association of Reinforced and Precast Concrete. This achievement was also due to the contribution of Magnetti Building, the supplier of the prefabricated elements that define the building envelope. Panels, canopies, columns, and cornices are made using TX Active®, a special type of concrete developed at the research and innovation center of Italcementi, known for its photocatalytic activity, which is developed thanks to its specific formulation.
