The project represents the two fundamental aspects of the company’s professionalism in its field: on one hand, technical capability (linked to action), and on the other, technological research (linked to thought). The synthesis is a dual-purpose building that meets different functional and representative needs: monolithic in its industrialized structure of about six thousand square meters, organized into two staggered pavilions joined along the horizontal coordinates, but discreet in its placement, color choices, design, and familiar in its spatial organization. It is dynamic, striking, and attractive on the street-facing side, with the technical, administrative, and executive areas housed in a building of over one thousand square meters, featuring large windows that facilitate exchange with the exterior and capture natural light in its various daily and seasonal shifts.
