Magnetti Building played a key role in the project to expand the CVB factory by over 6,000 square meters. CVB is a leading company in industrial fastening, part of the Agrati Group, a global leader in fastening systems and components. A long-time client of Magnetti Building, CVB opted for a turnkey solution for the first time, which included the complete construction project, from foundations to the roof. This was a real challenge for the company, which completed the work while the factory’s continuous operations continued without any issues. The design was developed using BIM – Building Information Modeling, a method for optimizing planning, management, and construction using intelligent software and 3D graphics.
