Continuous updating and intensive Research & Development activities enable Magnetti Building to stay at the forefront of every project, providing tailor-made innovative solutions. This is the case with the construction of the new 1,700 m² warehouse for Carro Luigi Srl: an energy-efficient building, thanks to the lack of heating in the production areas, which still maintain a constant temperature of 18°C both in winter and summer. The highlight of this project is the Acqua-Stop® construction system, developed in partnership with the Structural and Geotechnical Engineering Department at the University of Genoa, which already collaborates with Magnetti Building due to its commitment to innovation. Key features of this special roofing system include maximum waterproofing, high resistance to weather conditions and UV rays, aesthetic quality, but above all, lower heat absorption in summer, ensuring good temperatures on the roof and inside the building.
