Among the solutions implemented by Magnetti Building is the Planet microshed roofing system for the production building. The floor plan organization results from design choices aimed at creating an industrial building for the production of automated machinery for footwear, and an office building that houses administration, representation, and management functions. The production building was created by Magnetti Building with a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and a Planet microshed roofing system, providing uniform zenithal lighting, ideal for precision mechanical work. The structure is completed with an insulated prefabricated panel cladding, finished with river gravel.
