In Piacenza, we have completed an Opera project a true turnkey development delivering a three-storey office building that combines functionality, energy efficiency, and construction quality.
The project involved the creation of Hupac’s new headquarters.
Built in just ten months using a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, it stands as a valid alternative to traditional “cast-in-place” buildings, offering tangible advantages in terms of time and cost.
Designed in BIM and finished with high-quality materials, the building is located within a logistics hub of over 200,000 m², dedicated to rail freight transport and including executive offices, a reception area, technical rooms, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the entire complex.
With an A1 energy rating, the project demonstrates Magnetti Building’s ability to transform complex visions into complete, sustainable, and ready-to-use constructions.
