Expansion works are currently underway in Magenta (MI) for Sabiana.

We continue our work on the expansion of the Sabiana production facility, an Italian company and leading manufacturer of heating and cooling solutions, already our client in 2010.

The new building section, designed with a shed roof to maximize natural light, integrates construction and plant engineering solutions focused on energy efficiency and people’s wellbeing, in line with the principles of sustainable building.

The main challenge has been delivering a turnkey project while ensuring the company’s full operational continuity. Thanks to careful planning, all construction activities are being carried out without interrupting ongoing production operations.

Magnetti Building is overseeing the construction of the flooring for the new Sabiana facility, part of the Opera project. This is a complex 1,600 sqm intervention completed in just three days, confirming Magnetti Building’s ability to efficiently manage every operational phase, from design through to delivery.
The executive project included structural calculations, material verification, and plate load testing in full compliance with CNR-DT 211/2014 standards, ensuring results aligned with the performance requirements set by the client.
The execution phase, supported by detailed calculation reports and material specifications, involved concrete casting with a quartz dry-shake finish, contraction joints sealed with polyurethane resins, and steel construction joints. This precision work further demonstrates Magnetti Building’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety throughout every stage of the construction process.
