The new Bianchi Industrial project is officially underway.

Following the inauguration held on February 18, work has officially begun on the new headquarters of Bianchi Industrial. The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of the existing buildings, with the aim of creating a unified architectural complex capable of coherently integrating offices, warehouse spaces, and research laboratories.

Located within the urban fabric of Milan’s outskirts and set between existing buildings, the project requires a careful balance between integration and identity. The new structure is conceived as a compact yet articulated system, designed to engage with the surrounding built environment while expressing a contemporary and distinctive architectural language.

The regeneration of the area lies at the core of the intervention. Advanced technological solutions, high-performance materials, and strategies focused on energy efficiency guide the project, with particular attention given to natural lighting, indoor comfort, and the reduction of environmental impact.

Over the next 18 months, the construction site will accompany the transformation of this space into a headquarters capable of fully representing the innovative and ambitious identity of Bianchi Industrial.

The Bianchi Industrial construction site is moving into a crucial phase with the foundation works now underway. Before proceeding with the excavation for the basement level, ground consolidation operations are being carried out through the installation of CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) bored piles. This technology allows deep foundation works to be executed with precision and safety, creating the structural base on which the entire building will take shape.
A total of approximately 170 piles will be installed, reaching depths of up to 16 metres and with diameters ranging from 500 mm to 1000 mm, specifically designed to ensure the stability and reliability of the structure.
Once this phase is completed, construction activities will continue with the execution of the capping beams, a key step required to begin the excavation works and shape the underground structures of the project.
