Between December 2024 and February 2025, Magnetti Building carried out a seismic upgrading intervention at the Enoberg plant in Telgate, a company specialized in the production of bottling machinery.
As is often the case with prefabricated industrial buildings constructed in past decades, the structural elements in this case were simply supported, without adequate connection systems capable of ensuring box-like behavior in the event of an earthquake.
The intervention involved both the production hall and the office building, requiring careful planning and close coordination with the client, with the aim of minimizing interference with business activities and ensuring operational continuity.
In the production hall, the work was carried out during daytime hours, with precise management of operational phases and constant coordination with staff, allowing the activities to be adapted to production rhythms.
In the office building, on the other hand, the work was concentrated on Saturdays: on Fridays, staff prepared the spaces by clearing desks and work areas, enabling the teams to operate efficiently and return the spaces fully usable at the start of the following week.
Magnetti Building managed all phases of the project, from design to execution, completing the intervention in approximately two and a half months and helping to make the facility safer and more resilient in the event of an earthquake.
