THE CASE ALER PROJECT DRAWS TO A CLOSE
After four years’ in-depth study, the Case Aller project draws to a close. Magnetti Building’s skills and know-how have been put at the complete disposal of this project, with the aim of finding innovative solutions for the energy redevelopment of buildings constructed before the 1980s. To date, the project figures speak for themselves: from 2012 to 2016, consortium consisting of 16 partners coming from 8 different countries, taking part in a project for a total value of 7.7 million Euros, of which 5 million Euros were funded by the European Community.

Plus

The first infill walls on trial facades in several geographic areas, from Milan to Gdansk in Poland to Madrid in Spain, have highlighted the remarkable success of the project.

As from today, the project has to face a new, important challenge: the cladding of over 500 m2 of a multi-residential building in Cinisello Balsamo.

The performance of the energy redevelopment of obsolete buildings, improving the aesthetics of real estate to be recovered, while causing the least amount of inconvenience to local inhabitants thanks to the EASEE project are now a reality.
