LOGISTICS CENTRES YES, BUT OF A REPRESENTATIONAL NATURE
These are industrial and tertiary complexes with high urban planning and constructive standards, in which the arrangement of the buildings is dictated by criteria of rationality and with requirements of high construction and functional quality, including: prefabricated structures to obtain wide, flexible spaces with high-performance industrial flooring, the numerous loading points with automatic platforms and main doors as well as sprinkler systems, in accordance with what is foreseen by NFPA standards, so as to guarantee the maximum cargo storage capacity. In Truccazzano two buildings with a covered surface area measuring approximately 40,000 m2. Another two buildings were built in Settala, while three smaller buildings were built in Carpiano. In all three complexes, the representation buildings were built with prefabricated elements that better coordinate with the rest of the structure and, at the same time, maintain a strong identity of its own.
